1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Riddle.Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Riddle.Me is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account
Not share your account credentials with others
Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the app

3. User Content

You may create a username and select an avatar. You agree not to use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames. We reserve the right to remove or modify usernames that violate this policy.

4. Subscriptions

Riddle.Me offers optional premium subscriptions:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Virtual Currency

Riddle.Me includes virtual currencies (XP, Coins) that have no real-world monetary value. These cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Riddle.Me, including riddles, graphics, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
