Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Riddle.Me → Cancel Subscription.
Premium subscribers have access to Streak Savers. If you believe your streak was lost due to a technical issue, please contact us with your username and we'll look into it.
Go to Settings in the app → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Try these steps:
Go to the Friends tab → tap the search icon → search for your friend's username → send a friend request. You can also share your invite link directly.
A new riddle is posted every day at midnight UTC. Everyone gets the same riddle. Solve it to earn XP and maintain your streak. You have until midnight to complete it.
